Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a problem fixed is to tell us exactly what happened: which tool, which file format, and what you saw versus what you expected. A short description and the exact steps usually beat a long explanation, because the fix lives in the details.
Feature requests
Product ideas are welcome. The most useful requests are specific: which tool, what it should do, and the creator situation it would help with. We use that to prioritize the roadmap, so it genuinely helps to describe the workflow, not just the feature name.
Privacy and data questions
If something about how a tool handles your files is unclear, ask. The privacy policy documents the local-versus-server split and the deletion times, and we are happy to walk through any part of it.
Please do not send files unless we ask for them. Describe the problem with the tool name and the file format involved.
